The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to all of central Edinburgh especially main train as well as the train station, and the view was particularly good. A cool bonus was Holy Cow, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
There was elevator missing.

The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating and the place was fairly clean. The location walk from a bus stop was good. Had brunch in the The Magnum Restaurant & Bar, located nearby.

The property was clean, featured excellent design, I greatly enjoyed it. The location was great and fantastic - so close to playhouse theatre, and a tram stop nearby. Café Holy Cow located 1 km away was a nice surprise. I visited lobby bar and tried hot drinks.
